This includes both the material range & supply chain assesment, and a review your current sustainability messaging.

I'll work with you to create a comprehensive sustainability strategy, addressing your material, trims and suppliers, improving your circularity, reducing waste and your carbon impact.

We will set sustainability goals and guidelines for your team, and develop a sustainability strategy that incorporates your product, ways of working and communications.

This is a comprehensive service, that will prepare you well for incoming Digital Product Passports and the EPR legislation.

Digital Product Passport Explainer

Quick 2 hour session, online or in-person, explaining the basics of DPPs, EPR & ESPR, and what you should be doing now to prepare.

Price: £100 per person

Material & Supply Chain Assesment

I will map your supply chain from tier 1 through to raw materials, to highlight any hotspots. I’ll audit your suppliers, fabrics and trims, create an internal materials sourcing policy, and set standards for certification, fibres, environmental impact and social impact.

Carbon Literacy Training

Carbon Literacy® Training is 1 full day (or 2 half days) of learning that gives your team a practical understanding of climate change, fashion’s impact, and how they can have an impact. What we cover:

Fashion’s Part in the Climate Crisis - understanding the science behind the climate crisis, and the impact our industry is having
The Impact of a Garment - we look at the impact of fabric sourcing, design, production and end-of-life choices, and how we can make changes at each stage
The Circular Fashion Economy - learn about and engage with circular design & sourcing, and discuss what the future of our industry could look like
Incoming Legislation - prepare for incoming UK & EU legislation, e.g. Digital Passports
Sustainable Operations - your studio, your stores, your photoshoots
How to Drive Change - with your team, with your customers, and setting SMART goals, and then setting your CL actions.
